The C.S.N.S. Gala

On Sunday I went to the C.S.N.S gala. There were multicultural food stalls, abseiling, touch rugby, and much much more. I performed in the band and walked around with my friends eating candyfloss.

What I did in the holidays

IIn the holidays, I went to the Gold Coast in Australia with my friend Jamie. We went to wet'n wild and SeaWorld together, where we patted Dolphins and met a seagull named Jeremy. He tried to steal fish                     from the Dolphin, making the Dolphin angry, causing her to splash him. 

The Mind Lab

On Tuesday we used the funds raised by GRi11 industries to go to The Mind Lab. My favourite activity was the car building. We had a set amount of materials, motors and battery packs. When everyone had finished, we had heats and a final for the winners. Kama and I, with the help of my dad, made it into the finals. When we were building it, we decided that another motor would make it faster. (That was untrue).                                                                                                                                               

    

       

Lotto writing

Characters: Uninspiring spodermen 

   Jutsin biber

      Inspiring John

One day Uninspiring spodermen was watching inspiring John's show on his 1 inch TV screen when the screen started blaring  with a uninspiring lotto ad. "COME AND GET YOUR LOTTO TICKET FOR 25 MILLION DOLLARS!" Screamed the tiny TV. " omg that is so cheap." Said spodermen. He walked to the supermarket and encountered Jutsin biber."you is not sweg" said spodermen.Jutsin ran away crying and repetitively yelling"SWAG!"

Spodermen powerwalked to the lotto shop and bought a lotto ticket. Nearby, Jutsin biber was pumping his swag fists in the air and yelling "yeya I won the lotto!" Spodermen wanted to win too so he grabbed the ticket and ran away.

Jutsin then picked up the ticket that spodermen dropped in his rush to steal his ticket, and realised that it was the winner. His own ticket had only won one cent.

Meanwhile,spodermen was having a tantrum at his one cent.

My highlight of term two!

My highlight of this term is probably going to reach for the stars with the band.

Estimating planet sizes.

This week we have been investigating planets and the solar system.

This is a chart with all the planet names and a space to put the play-dough planets that we made.

As you can see, Jupiter is the largest planet and Pluto is the smallest.

        Stinging eyes

 

        Cold hands

        Oh I fell over

        Under the sky

        No chance of cleanliness 

        Teeth chattering
